Account data notice

Your account

One account serves players and playtest applicants. We store your email, protected password, internal identifier, dates and information needed to manage sign-in, confirmation and recovery. Game progress remains in this browser. Creating an account does not approve a playtest application or grant administration access.

Launcher evidence and statistics

The launcher sends evidence only after you select, review and authorize each batch. Approved staff can view attachments and register a separate review without altering the original. Images, text/logs and MP4 files are limited to 25 MiB per item, 10 items and 100 MiB per batch, and 500 MiB per account/day. Optional statistics are disabled by default; consent applies to selected game records and can be withdrawn to stop new uploads. Offline queues belong to the account. Statistics include version, character, stages, choices, equipment, time, damage and results; saves and credentials are not uploaded. Reports cover received runs only. Planned retention after activation: attachments up to 90 days and statistics up to 365 days. Operational cleanup and recovery backups have restricted, supervised access.

Registration

Any player can register without an age distinction. This account registration does not ask for an age, date of birth or guardian details and does not send guardian authorization emails. Confirm your own email and then sign in with your password. Playtest applications have their own terms and approval process.

Email and access

The project mailbox sends confirmation and recovery emails through Hostinger. Each action link expires in 20 minutes and is single-use. Sign-in sessions last up to seven days and can end earlier through sign-out or a password reset. These expiry periods do not mean that every stored record is automatically deleted.

Storage and account closure

Account records remain while the account is maintained. To request access, correction or closure, contact admin@marizada.tech. Ownership must be checked before changing or deleting account data. Closing a playtest application does not close this shared account. Closure requests also require reviewing any linked application and recovery backups; a recovery must preserve completed deletions. Backups stay private and are used for supervised recovery.

Who can access the data

The data is held on the project server with restricted access. Hostinger handles email delivery; Discord receives the information needed for the optional playtest link. Linking Discord depends on the application and team approval. This account feature does not add advertising. Optional launcher uploads follow the separate consent described above.
